Princeton Yoga is honored to be again hosting the Little Flower Yoga and its comprehensive certification program for teaching yoga and mindfulness to children and youth ages 3 to 18.

Join one of the most professional and comprehensive Children’s Yoga Teacher Training programs available, and learn to teach a holistic class that uses all aspects of the yoga practice to meet children’s physical, emotional and social needs.

The Little Flower Yoga (LFY) Teacher Training is a comprehensive certification program certified by Yoga Alliance, and offering up to 6 graduate level credits (through our accredited partner University of the Pacific) the training focuses on the complete physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of students.
