Mindfulness for Kids, Pre-Teens and Teenagers
Our children face a busy world, with many things demanding their attention. The 8-week Mindfulness for Kids programs are tailored to children from 3rd through 5th grade and middle/high school students to allow them to strengthen their ability to be present, learn how to respond rather than react and generate compassion for themselves and others.
Moms & Dads, did you know your kids can benefit from Yoga, too? That’s right! Among the many benefits of Yoga are boosting self-esteem and confidence, developing focus and concentration, and easing anxiety. PLUS – it is really fun!!!
