Mental Clarity and Emotional Balance; 5 Koshas, Karma and Dharma
Saturday, September 12, 2020 – 2:00 to 5:00 pm
All of us have experienced times when we feel physically healthy but emotionally out of balance with fear or depression or become mentally anxious and upset. During these times even though we have good physical health, we feel uncomfortable or even painful physical sensations that go along with emotional and mental imbalance and the physical illness, such as heart disease, inflammation and diabetes that result.
In this workshop we explore the yogic concepts of the five bodies and karma and dharma and how on the deepest level they influence our thoughts and feelings. Then experience the ways our yoga practice and lifestyle decisions can bring ourselves back to the present moment and release our karma to rebalance our mind and emotions. .
