Dynamic Gentle Yoga: Strength sequence

Friday, October 4, 2019 – 6:00 to 8:30 pm

This class includes an emphasis on standing strengthening postures and ending with deep rest and relaxation. Rudy guides this class in a manner that makes this practice safe, accessible, and satisfying for bodies at all levels of experience, including complete beginners.

Dynamic Gentle Vinyasa: Accessible asana flow linked with breath

Saturday, October 5, 2019 – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm

Rudy will guide you through a Dynamic Gentle Vinyasa practice, a flowing sequence of accessible postures, synchronizing movement and breath. If you have shied away from a vinyasa practice thinking it is too difficult, too fast, or requires a high level of flexibility and strength, come experience Rudy’s class and discover new freedom in the Dynamic Gentle Yoga approach.

Meet Rudy Peirce

Rudy Peirce, MA, ERYT-500, has studied and practiced yoga for over 35 years. His Rudy Peirce 01passion is guiding self-empowering, mindful, deep-release yoga that is accessible to beginners and inspiring to experienced practitioners.

Certified since 1983, he has been a faculty member, teacher trainer, and mentor at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, in Lenox. MA since 1988, developing Gentle Yoga programs, Yoga Teacher Training curriculum, Men’s Yoga retreats and advanced teacher training programs.

He teaches regularly on the east coast and in Tuscany.

His popular 4CD set, The Gentle Series, is well-known for supporting a vibrant regular personal practice.
