Princeton Yoga has more good news: additional internationally recognized teachers will be visiting Princeton Yoga this fall and winter!
Sadie Nardini, the fierce, fit and fabulous founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Ultimate Wellness and Yoga expert who is the host of a daily yoga and lifestyle hour, ‘Rock Your Yoga’ on Veria Living TV, the 24/7 national wellness channel, and a dynamic self-empowerment speaker, will be teaching three rockin’ workshops in just one day at Princeton Yoga. Save the date: September 15, 2013.
In October, Jeff Migdow, MD, who teaches at Kripalu Center and the NY Open Center, combines his expertise in yoga with his background as a holistic physician and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and many healing modalities to offer a truly complete approach to the ancient and profound discipline of yoga with his first visit October 5, 2013.
In December, Leslie Kaminoff will be returning to Princeton Yoga by popular demand. Kaminoff is an internationally recognized yoga educator and specialist with thirty three years’ experience in the fields of yoga and breath anatomy. Kaminoff’s February 2013 visit to Princeton Yoga was sold out – and the yoga center expects the same for his return on December 14, when he will be leading a series of three workshops centered around Exploring Your Breathing Body.
About Jason Crandell’s Workshop Series at Princeton Yoga June 28 & 29
Developing Strength, Stability and Integrity:
How Awakening Your Core Leads to Greater Steadiness and Integration
Friday, June 28, 2013 – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
In this session you will awaken deep sensations and intelligence in the core of your body. You won’t do 10,000 sit-ups or crunches. Instead, you’ll examine how your feet, legs and abdominal work together to create greater strength, integration and ease in all of your yoga poses.
Replacing Force with Understanding:
How To Do Arm-Balances with Greater Refinement and Less Force
Saturday, June 29, 2013 – 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
The grace of arm balancing—as with so many things in life—comes from balance not force. In this workshop you will untie those knots in your hips and learn how to approach arm-balances with patience and ease.
How Side-Bends, Twists, and Forward Bends Soothe the Mind and Release Stress
Saturday, June 29, 2013 – 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm
This workshop won’t leave you gasping for breath or have you telling your friends how much class just kicked your bum. Instead, it will unravel tension from your side-body, shoulders, and spine—and leave you feeling clear, grounded and content.
