Dr. Jeff Migdow, holistic MD, Reiki Master and Shamanic Healer, is coming to Princeton Center for Yoga & Health (Princeton Yoga) on Saturday and Sunday, October 5th and 6th for three programs in a Prana and Chakra Yoga and Tibetan 5 Rites weekend retreat and workshops’ series. Jeff is recognized for teaching practices which create a profoundly transformational and healing experience. On October 5th there are 2 programs: Prana Yoga for Health and Vitality and Flow from 12:30 to 4:30 pm, Chakra and Healing from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. On October 6th: A Chakra Immersion with Prana Yoga & The Tibetan 5 Rites and Prana Yoga from 10 am to 5:00 pm. Attend one workshop for $50, one day for $90 or all three for $160. These programs are suitable for all levels of practice as well as ideal for yoga teachers. Yoga teachers may use this program to fulfill Yoga Alliance CEU requirements.
Jeff Migdow, MD, combines his expertise in yoga with his background as a holistic physician and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and many healing modalities to offer a truly complete approach to the ancient and profound discipline of yoga with his first visit to Princeton Yoga.
Dr. Jeff masters a variety of Holistic medicine techniques and alternative treatments such as Homeopathy, Herbal medicine, Nutritional counseling, Iridology and Reiki and maintains a holistic medical practice and has over 30 years of experience practicing yoga. The former director of the Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training Program and current director of Prana Yoga teacher training at the New York Open Center, he writes about and teaches yoga, holistic health, and medicine.
